WAGE SLAVE PAIN –

Many of you will work harder for someone else than you will for yourself, especially if YOU classify yourself as submissive or switch! This is especially true when it comes to cold calling. Put yourself in a real estate code calling situation and you can’t make the calls. Put yourself in a collections job situation and you will make the calls!

If you are not making the calls you need to make, then we’re going to set up your home office like a remote call center office with an auto dialer, full metrics and full accountability. You will show up at your office on time, dressed for business, clock in and get to work. Plus, with your consent, we’re going to add a couple of specialized BDSM toys to keep you pain motivated!

What you earn in commissions you will never see, it will go directly to an account that needs two signatures to release anything. You will be paid just like a wage slave by the hour. I teach STOP GIVING AND START INVESTING!     Extremely few people (less than 5%) really want real estate brokerage services. Which is why you get rejected so often and have such a low conversion rate on your advertising!
    You need to position yourself and add parallel profits so that you are the aspirin for your prospects pain points in more than just selling their house!
    You’re going to be forming alliances with 3 to 7 other real estate brokers who also have other businesses that can provide products and services that solve one or more of your potential customer’s pain points so that there’s less likelihood of rejection and you make more money!

  • PROJECT: THREE WORK DAYS – It has been proven time and time again that a good real estate agent can sell and close one house a day! Unfortunately, most real estate agents operate under Parkinson’s Law and make busy work instead of actually doing the work they need to do to make money! If you can’t make $500,000 a year working three days a week then you’re doing it wrong and you need more training and pain to start doing it right!
  • PROJECT: ENDING CHRISTIAN HATE AND JUDGMENT – I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHRISTIAN HATE AND JUDGMENT!!! That hate has no place in the MICRO-FAITH SALVATION BY WORKS/SALVATION OF THE GENTILES/SOCIAL JUSTICE SALVATION which accepts all faiths and all lifestyles!

    Further, it gives you another path – donations – to create income to HELP END HOMELESSNESS, HUNGER, THIRST, POVERTY, SICKNESS and IMPRISONMENT for HOUNDS, HORSES, CYBER-SAPIENS AND/OR HUMANS,
  • CYBER-SAPIEN REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE – If you are a real estate broker then your days in business are numbered!!! Artificial intelligence agents, cyber-sapiens robotics and nearshore outsourcing can do your job for about $1,500 per transaction!
    Do you want to be the real estate broker who gets replaced by Cyber-Sapiens, AI and outsourcing or do you want be the real estate broker who owns the company that uses Cyber-Sapiens, AI and outsourcing to replace you?!?

  • MARKET MAKING – Market Making is buying fractional shares of real estate or other businesses so that you control the listing, can market your services through those companies and can use them to create buyers!
    The critical thing about Market Making is that you are creating your own inventory which gives you a control over your business that other real estate brokers don’t have!
    More importantly, inventory control will be critical if Cyber-Sapiens are as capable as I think they will be, then they could significantly damage or eliminate your real estate brokerage self-employment!
